About the Company: for an innovative and digital company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Architect Finance & Operations.

Core responsibilities:
  • Assume overall responsibility for solution architecture including clear visibility of transition from as-is solution landscape to to-be solution landscape through delivery and ownership of solution overview diagrams 

  • Ability to act as a functional lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities. Leads functional workshops with Business or Partners, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions 

  • Ability to act as an interface/integration lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities. Leads integration workshops with business and suppliers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions 

  • Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. Understand the capabilities of the development team, providing support and assistance when needed 

  • Work with Business , partners  and internal teams on solution, business and infrastructure architecture where required 

  • Provide required functional, business and technical support to our customers during D365 F&O implementations working with D365 CRM Architects on hybrid projects 

  • Write and review high level and detailed solution architecture documentation

  • Create Solution and Functional documentation for the project 

  • Design, review and test customized code for D365 F&O customizations 

  • Stay current on D365 F&O and related technologies, particularly Azure stack technologies that support the solution 

  • Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness 

  • Expected to be flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment 

  • Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams 

  • Advise IT management on best practices for D365 F&O processes, user interface, and architecture 

  • Work with the training team to deliver and create super users and end users training, as needed

Job requirements

Must have:
  • Solid Microsoft platform Software and IT experience, minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment

  • Extensive experience as a functional lead (Level 300-400) for either an AX (not preferred)  or D365 F&O (preferred) solution. High level knowledge of finance; supply chain and manufacturing functional skills.

  • At least 3-5 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of D365F&O and/or AX. Proven knowledge of tools and methodologies of the Microsoft Lifecycle services (LCS).

  • Talent and proven industry experience in multiple industry sectors, with focus on manufacturing.

  • Exposure to Visual Studio Team Services/MS Project or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools.

  • Top optional skill: business acumen in manufacturing or functional areas

  • Able to manage or lead multiple large projects (6-24 months) with advanced organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a Business and IT Management through the implementation process

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio

Business trips: 20-40% business trips (Netherlands, Italy, Poland)
