About the Company: for a corporation specialized in imaging techniques, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a IT Specialist Local Infrastructure Delivery

Core Responsibilities:

Supporting the IT infrastructure for colleagues remotely across mainly the local country and partially Europe with onsite support of assigned offices. Work with both onsite and remote colleagues (both locally and Europe wide) to solve IT issues and close support tickets. The resource will be the local IT point of contact for the 1st level help desk, working autonomously on the regular activities and escalate to the 2nd and 3rd level (European) in case of need. The resource will have to: 

  • Prioritise, Respond and close helpdesk tickets within agreed SLA;
  • Setting up new equipment for the three office site: Milan, Rome, Como;
  • Ensuring availability of infrastructure (local systems, LAN, WAN, …) in assigned regional offices;
  • Including door access systems;
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned;
  • Assign tickets to appropriate helpdesk teams;
  • Manage relationship with local IT suppliers;
  • Including management of mobile phone contract;
  • Update IT documents and asset management in line with European and local IT policy;
  •  Access profiling management;
  •  Align the local colleagues about BEU IT initiatives (Business relationship manager);
  • Support the Process Innovation Manager in the IT cost analysis for IT budget;
  • Manage the IT room.

Job requirements

Must Have:
  • At least 4-6 y experience in the same role;
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365;
  • Experience administering Windows Server;
  • LAN/WAN 1st line support experience;
  • Active directory;
  • ITSM (INFRMATION TECNHOLOGY SERVICE MANAGEMENT) tool; 
  • IT Helpdesk experience;
  • Experience with remote support;
  • Spoken and written English language skills;
  • Knowledge of networking;
  • Analysis mindset and problem solving;
  • Innovation mindset.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of ITIL;
  • Service Now;
  • Azure;
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation;
  • Previous experience working with 1000+ computers;
  • Used to working in small team;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Budget management;
  • Experience in Change management.
