About the Company: for a global manufacturing company, expert in sealing solutions, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Security.
Core Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the group CIO, the Head of IT Infrastructure and Security is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure (servers and network) and of the Cyber Security posture for all the companies of group, coordinating a small internal team, an external Managed Service Provider and supervising all the local IT Managers.
- Optimize IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
- Develop and implement IT security policies to protect against cyber threats and data breaches
- Integrate and manage cloud services to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency
- Oversee cloud storage solutions, virtual networks, and cloud-based applications
- Create and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or data breaches
- Manage the IT infrastructure budget, estimating, reporting, and controlling costs
- Coordinate with external vendors to procure necessary hardware, software, and services
