About the Company: for an innovative and digital reality, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Competence Center Manager (Milan).

As Competence Center Manager, you will be responsible for the competence center focused on Microsoft technologies and dedicated to the definition of solutions based on the Azure cloud platform in an Enterprise context.

Core responsibilities:
  • responsible for the Microsoft Competence Center, guiding the structure towards growth and the development of the skills necessary to achieve the company objectives,
  • define the strategy of the Competence Centre by collaborating with the Management of Lob,
  • direct and guide the customer in the adoption of Azure, supporting him in the definition of strategies migration and/or implementation of new solutions,
  • Define innovative and safe architectural solutions, identifying the services best suited to the needs client’s,
  • support the pre-sale phase through assessment and cost analysis of the proposed solutions,
  • scouting skills useful for the team,
  • define team needs in terms of staff, seniority mix and skill mix also participating in recruitment activities,
  • define the growth and training paths of carry-over professionals, the necessary insertions, thecCertifications useful for partnerships to keep the team up to date and ensure maximumceffectiveness in relation to the demands of the market and customers,
  • manage the planning of the assigned structure so as to always ensure maximum efficiency.

Job requirements


  • At least two-year experience in the management of technical structures also of high number and complexity (20+ people),
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s technological scenario and ability to apply it effectively to organizational structure,
  • 7+ years of experience in design and implementation of Microsoft solutions (applications),
  • At least 3 years experience in Azure,
  • Experience in defining Cloud architectures,
  • Experience in the modernization of Azure applications,
  • Leadership and coaching skills,
  • Good knowledge of English,
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/scientific disciplines.
